Ramar Productions is hired to deliver, install and support your event from start to finish. Here are a few additional unforeseen cost added to your final bill, if related to your event.
Depending on the scale of event, we may need additional labor and materials to accomplish our production. We may need to make decisions without the proper approval but will do our best to communicate our entire process. Our purpose is to always move the productions forward to meet the start time and never walk away. We will do whatever is needed to make sure your celebration is seamless and stress free for our client.
Below are some additional charges to consider. Cost will vary base on the time of the event season and availability.
Details
Heavy Machinery – Back Hoe, Personal Genie Lift, Cherry Picker, Additional ladders, Scaffolding, Scissors Lift (cost to rent, delivered and pickup) (equipment store on site)
Labor to complete production – Each addition person call after an event booking is $300 per day.
Venue Installation – If the venue or space is not ready, prep, clean or cleared for installation upon arrival $200 per hr while waiting
Truck / Box Truck Delivery – $600 one way
Same Day Installation & Strike – This is tough and we only handle a few of these per year. Cost based on project
Late Night & Early Morning Delivery – (6pm – 5am ) If outside of our normal working hours, Cost based on project
Strict Install Date & Timing – Project like these can see an increase in cost due to the strict demand
Over Night Accommodations – If the job is more that 1:45mis away we will require accommodations depending on the scale of event. Ramar will cover meals.
Changes, Move, Adjustments and Additions – Once installed and completed – We can charge up to half of the final invoice to change an installation.
Event Overtime – $250 per person for every 30 mins over the
Event Support / Technical Operator – Someone posted to your site who is well verse in lighting, sound and power. $150 per hr. Per person.
General Staffing & Labor Cost – H&W/ Annuity / Pension / Additional Fees includes : WC/Liab, FICA, FUTA, SUTA, PFLMA
