MARTHA'S VINEYARD EVENT LOGISTICS & CAPABILITIES

Market Overview

Martha's Vineyard is the gold standard of New England island luxury, and the events held here demand production that arrives on time, on-spec, and ready for the ferry. Ramar Event Productions delivers Sperry sailcloth tent productions, intelligent lighting, chandeliers, concert-grade audio, LED video, custom scenic, and full off-grid power for Edgartown private estates, Chilmark coastal hillside builds, and Aquinnah cliffside celebrations. Our crews coordinate Steamship Authority freight bookings months in advance, and stage equipment kits for ferry-efficient load sequencing.

Load-In & Logistics

Vineyard logistics begin with the Steamship Authority. Freight reservations are booked 60–120 days ahead, with redundant alternates. Equipment is palletized for ferry-efficient handling and offloaded directly to dedicated island-stationed trucks. Town-by-town permitting (Edgartown, Chilmark, Aquinnah, West Tisbury) is filed early. Marine-grade hardware, wind-load rigging, and sound-attenuated generators with 150-foot setbacks are standard. Weather contingency plans include Atlantic squall protocols and tent re-stake decisions.

Nearby Coverage

From the Vineyard we serve Nantucket, Cape Cod, Newport, Boston, and the Hamptons — clients with multi-property portfolios get one production team across all venues.
