Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By engaging Ramar Event Productions ("Company," "we," "us") for event production services, you ("Client," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ramar Event Productions.

2. Services Provided

Ramar Event Productions provides comprehensive event production services including but not limited to:

  • Audio system design and operation
  • Lighting design and production
  • Video production and streaming
  • Custom fabrication and staging
  • Event planning and coordination

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service contract. Generally:

  • A deposit is required to secure your event date
  • Full payment is due before event commencement unless otherwise agreed
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • Cancellation policies vary by service and timing

4. Equipment and Liability

All equipment remains the property of Ramar Event Productions. The Client is responsible for:

  • Providing adequate security for equipment during events
  • Ensuring venue safety and accessibility requirements are met
  • Any damage to equipment caused by negligence or misuse

5. Limitation of Liability

Ramar Event Productions' liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Equipment failure due to venue conditions beyond our control
  • Acts of God, natural disasters, or force majeure events

6. Intellectual Property

Client retains rights to their content. Ramar Event Productions retains rights to our methodologies, designs, and may use non-confidential aspects of events for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Modifications and Termination

These terms may be modified with written notice. Either party may terminate services according to the cancellation policy outlined in the service contract.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Connecticut. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Connecticut.
