Serving Those Who Served

As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Ramar Event Productions doesn't just carry the badge — we live it. We actively hire displaced veterans, provide meaningful work in event production, and are building a partnership with the VA to put even more veterans to work.

Why This Matters

Transitioning from military service to civilian life is one of the hardest things a veteran can do. The structure, purpose, and camaraderie that define military service don't always have clear equivalents in the civilian workforce. Too many veterans find themselves displaced — skilled, disciplined, and ready to work, but without a clear path forward.

Ramar Event Productions understands this firsthand. As a veteran-owned company, we know that the qualities forged in military service — discipline, teamwork, attention to detail, and an absolute commitment to mission success — are exactly what event production demands. Every load-in is a logistics operation. Every live event is a mission with zero margin for error.

That's why we actively recruit and employ veterans in production crew, logistics coordination, and technical operations roles. We don't just offer jobs — we offer purpose, structure, and a team that speaks the same language.

More Than a Job — An Outlet

Many veterans come home carrying invisible wounds — PTSD, anxiety, depression, the mental weight of combat and displacement. The transition back to civilian life can feel like another war: isolation, lack of purpose, feeling unseen. They went to war, and then they came home, and it was war all over again.

At Ramar Event Productions, we provide something that matters: an outlet. Event production is physical, high-energy, demanding work. It gives veterans a place to channel their strength, discipline, and drive into something tangible and rewarding. Instead of sitting with the weight of what they've been through, they're building something — rigging lights, running logistics, executing a mission alongside a team that has their back.

Our work environment is built on camaraderie and respect. Veterans here are surrounded by people who understand them, care about them, and genuinely value what they've sacrificed. This isn't corporate lip service. This is real work, real purpose, and real community — for the men and women who gave everything.

And here's what makes event production different: the work is intense for a defined window — load-in, setup, rigging, building under pressure — and then that pressure lifts. Veterans get to stand back and watch the fruits of their labor come to life in real time. The lights hit, the production runs seamlessly, the room transforms into exactly what they built with their own hands. That moment puts something good back into them. There are handshakes, there's pride, there's the undeniable feeling that they put something together under pressure and it worked — perfectly. It's not just an outlet for energy. It's a cycle of effort and reward that gives veterans something to lift their heads about, something to feel proud of, something that proves they can still build something great.

"If they served, they deserve better."

What We're Doing

Direct Employment

We hire veterans into production crew, logistics, and technical roles with hands-on training. Every event is a mission, and veterans understand mission execution better than anyone.

VA Partnership Initiative

We are actively exploring a formal relationship with the Department of Veterans Affairs to build a pipeline that connects transitioning service members with stable, meaningful careers in event production.

Skills Translation

Military training in logistics, communications, leadership, and equipment operation translates directly to event production work. We help veterans see how their service experience maps to civilian roles.
